ORAL ORDER
This Court vide order dated 23.09.2025 suspended the sentence, subject to depositing 20% of the fine amount before the Trial Court in addition to 20% of the fine amount said to have been deposited, within four weeks and the same has not been complied with. This matter is of the year 2025 and not yet admitted. Hence, the question of considering the revision petition does not arise, in view of non-compliance of conditional order passed by this Court.
2. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
