This matter is called twice both in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session and there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Earlier when the matter was referred to the mediation, the case was listed five times for mediation and revision petitioner advocate was present once and parties never appeared and hence, reported as not settled. The matter was referred to the Lok-Adalath on 11.07.2026 and before the Lok-Adalath, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the petitioner were absent. The learned counsel for the respondent and the respondent were present and at the request of the learned counsel for the respondent, the matter was listed before the Lok-Adalath on 18.07.2026. On 18.07.2026, the matter was called thrice and none appeared on
