K., appearing for the petitioner, learned High Court Government Pleader Smt. Rashmi Patel, appearing for respondent No.1.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he comes to know of the proceeding pending before the concerned Court only when he steps in to get his passport renewed and would submit that this is the reason for quashment of the proceedings.

4. I decline to accept the same. But the learned counsel would now submit that if a direction is issued and for a speedy disposal of the proceedings, it would suffice. Therefore, in the light of the proceedings being of the year 2019, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings with an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. Insofar as the renewal of the passport is concerned the petitioner is at liberty to approach the
