This petition is filed by accused No.2 under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagrika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant bail in Crime No.154/2025 of Vijayanagar Police Station, Mysuru, registered for offence punishable under Section 109 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

No.1. Accused Nos.3 and 4 who are having similar allegations to that of the petitioner have been granted bail by the Sessions Court. The injured has been discharged from the hospital. There are no criminal antecedents of the petitioner. With these, he prayed to allow the petition.

to the said bar along with others, at that time accused No.1 and other accused were present. At that time, accused No.1 attacked the complainant and the boys who were with accused No.1 also attacked the complainant and his friends and two friends of the complainant ran away. At that time, accused No.1 assaulted the complainant with knife on his stomach, hand, face, head, chest, leg and thighs repeatedly and caused severe injuries. Except the presence of the petitioner, no specific act of assault is alleged against the petitioner. Accused Nos.3 and 4 are also having similar allegations have been granted bail by the Sessions Court. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.10.2025. There are no criminal antecedents of the petitioner and therefore, he is not required for further custodial interrogation.
