This Court vide order dated 23.05.2023 in Criminal Petition No.3092/2023 has dismissed the petition seeking bail under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

The present petition is filed on 18.10.2025. When the order was passed on 23.05.2023, the charge sheet was filed and the Court had taken note of the contents in the charge sheet and has concluded that a case is made out to reject the petition. Since then, till today, the Court does not find any change in the circumstances.
