Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the Criminal Petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:
“ MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The under signed counsel appearing for Petitioners herewith submits that, the petitioners challenge the registration of the FIR in the above petition and this Hon’ble court granted interim order stay vide order dated 25-10-2025. Meanwhile the charge sheet is laid against the petitioners in view of the same the above petition become infructuous. Hence permit the petitioners to withdraw the above petition as not pressed with reserving liberty for the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet laid against the petitioners in interest of justice and equity.”
In terms of memo, the Criminal Petition is disposed as
withdrawn.
