It is submitted the Petitioner has filed the above the Criminal Petition against the order dated 22-11-2025 passed by the learned XII Addl. Sessions Judge, Belagavi Sitting at. Gokak in Crim. Misc. No. 8158/2025 (in Ghataprabha P.S. of Crime No. 149/2025 and C.C. No. 6378/2025) for the offence punishable U/s 85, 103(1) and 238(B) of BNS so for it relates to Accused is concerned

Now the Petitioner wants to withdraw the above Petition reserving liberty to file fresh Petition.
