Heard Sri B.C.Jnanayya swami, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) with the following prayer.

Based on the complaint lodged by the competent officer of Santhvana Mahila Sahaya Vani Kendra before the jurisdictional Magistrate, a petition under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (for short, ‘the D.V. Act’) came to be registered and notice was issued. The same is called in question by the husband in the present petition.

It is the submission of Sri B.C. Jnanayya Swami, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the husband is ready and willing to take back the wife by establishing a separate rented house.
