1. Appellants have filed the present appeal Order dated 31.10.2022 passed by the Commercial Court in Comm. O.S.No.296/2019.

2. During the pendency of the present appeal, the Comm O.S.No.296/2019 has been dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order dated 25.06.2026 passed in Comm O.S. No.296/2019 as available from e-courts website is produced herewith as Document No.1. In these circumstances, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and hence Appellants and crave leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present appeal.
