The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging

willful disobedience of the status quo order dated 25.04.2018 passed in RFA No.506/2018. Under the said order, the parties were directed to maintain status quo as to the schedule property which was described as a vacant site, except for a bore well.

The complainant alleges that the fence has been removed. However, there is no dispute that the status of the land in question continues to be a vacant land.
