The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging

willful disobedience of the order dated 09.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.36371/2025 (GM-KEB). The learned Single Judge had directed that the said writ petition be treated as an obstruction application and respondent Nos.2 and 3 (accused herein) were granted liberty to approach the concerned forum for removal of the obstruction.

Since no specific direction was issued by the learned Single Judge, we are unable to accept that any proceedings for willful disobedience of the said order ought to be initiated. The complaint is accordingly closed.
