This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.449/2024,

wherein the learned Single Judge has directed to conduct Phodi and Durasti of the land.

The accused has filed an affidavit indicating that the

Phodi and Durasti work is carried out and new survey number is assigned as Survey No.41/18. However, the learned counsel for the complainant has raised objection stating that in Column No.10 of the revenue records, mutation register number is not reflected.

memo indicating that M.R. number cannot be entered in Column No.10 of the R.T.C. The reason is forthcoming from the letter dated 17.02.2026. The relevant portion of the letter is extracted herein:

Taking note of the fact that the Phodi and Durasti work is completed as directed and in view of the specific stand of the State with regard to the non-entry of M.R.No.10 in the R.T.C, we are of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the
