The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30.09.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.23625/2015 (KLR-RR/SUR). In terms of the said order, the accused (Tahsildar, Tumakuru Taluk) was directed to consider the complainant's representation dated 29.07.2013 and carryout phodi and durasth in regard to the lands falling in Sy.No.9 of Kambalapura Village, Hebbur Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk, after giving notice to all stakeholders. The complainant was also permitted to make an application online.
