The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging

willful disobedience of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.28493/2024 (KLR-RES). In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to issue Certificate of Registration in respect of the petition lands to the petitioners. He was also directed to ensure that the names of the petitioners are reflected in the respective RTCs.

The learned AGA appearing for the accused has filed compliance affidavit indicating that on 10.02.2026, the name of the complainant was incorporated in the RTC. He submits that
