The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.18250/2025 (KLR-RES), whereby the accused [Tahsildar] was directed to consider the representation dated 16.06.2025 at the earliest. The Assistant Commissioner was also directed to conclude the entire proceedings in a time bound manner.
