"The undersigned counsel for the complainants most respectfully prays that the complainant has no objection to abide by the trial Court's order in accepting the return of the petition from the trial Court and present the same before jurisdictional Court. In the light of the above, it is most respectfully prayed that the complainant may kindly be permitted to withdraw the petition."
