The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging

willful disobedience of the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.4316/2025 (KLRRES).

The complainant had filed the said petition, inter alia , praying that directions be issued to the accused (who is arrayed as respondent No.3 in the said petition) to consider the complainant's representation and to issue a Saguvali chit and effect katha in the name of the complainant in respect of the land comprising Sy.No.10 measuring 3-00 acres situated at Tekalahalli village, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District.

The learned Single Judge found that there are no justification for the accused to delay the issuance of Saguvali chit and had directed that the same be issued within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the said order. The Court had

also observed that on issuance of Saguvali chit, katha shall also be registered in the name of the complainant.

the accused submits that the process for recording katha is now computerized and steps are being taken for recording the name of the complainant in the katha. She submits that the same would be completed within a period of six weeks from date.

In view of the above, the complaint is, closed, with liberty to the complainant to revive the same if his name is not entered/ registered in the katha within the aforesaid period.
