The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP.No.11456/2025 (BDA). This court had allowed the writ petition and directed BDA to consider the complainant's representation dated 08.08.2024 for allotment of an alternate site and inform the result of such consideration to the complainant within a period of 8 weeks.

The accused has filed a memo enclosing therewith the allotment letter dated 18.05.2026. The same indicates that the complainant's representation has been considered and an alternate site in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout ‒ B7-SF-3240 has been allotted to the complainant.

In view of the above the complaint is closed.
