The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging

willful disobedience of the order dated 07.03.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in a batch of writ petitions (W.P.No.39573/2016 (CS-RES) and connected matters).

The respondents have filed appeals against the said order and this Court is considering the batch of appeals challenging the order, the disobedience of which is alleged.

It is also pointed out that in view of the same, similar complaints have been closed. Accordingly, present complaint is closed as well.

The complainant is at liberty to review the same subject to the outcome of the pending appeals.
