1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging

willful disobedience of the order dated 06.01.2025 passed by the learned Singe Judge of this Court in W.P.No.17710/2022 (BDA), whereby the Court had directed the accused-Bangalore Development Authority to refund the sum of `3,41,029/- to the complainant.

2. The learned counsel for the accused has handed over a copy of the debit voucher for the said amount.
