The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 16.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P. No.33919/2024 [BDA], whereby the BDA was directed to consider the complainants' representation dated 08.10.2024.

The learned counsel for the accused has filed a memo enclosing therewith an Office Order dated 02.01.2026, whereby the complainants' representation has been disposed of and the complainants have been offered an alternative block in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout or in the alternative, to opt for refund of the full value paid.
