This application is filed to recall the order dated 28.03.2024 one passed this Court recalling the order dated 19.02.2016 and permit the petitioner to comply the order dated 19.02.2016 and dispose off the same in the ends of justice.

Counsel for the applicant in presenting his arguments submits that the application seeking the reliefs as stated above. Counsel further submits that the requisite stamp duty is paid and the Government Advocate had also acknowledged the payment of the stamp duty and had filed (K2) challan dated 18.06.2026 stating that the stamp duty has been paid to the office of the Sub-Registrar, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru.
