notice to respondents No.3 to 6 which was ordered on 14.02.2024 and thereafter, on 24.01.2025 has not been paid by the petitioner.

The writ petitioner as well as the minor child

are present before us in the Court voluntarily. The petitioner has been duly identified by his Aadhaar card. We have also interacted with the minor child who says that she is staying at home with the petitioner as well as her mother and that she is not under detention of anybody. It is stated that she is also going to school. It is further submitted that the mother of the minor child has

now given the custody of the child to the father who has filed this writ petition.

On the merits of the matter also, the dispute appears to be a guardianship dispute, which appears to have been resolved.

In the above factual situation, we are of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of recording the submission of the writ petitioner.
