This petition is filed seeking for a direction to be issued to the 2^nd respondent to consider the representation dated 12.08.2024 by which the petitioner is seeking for allotment of an alternative site in lieu of the site that has already been allotted to him.

In my view, since the petitioner is seeking for allotment of an alternative site, it would be appropriate to direct the 2^nd respondent to consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
