That the petitioner most respectfully submits to this Hon'ble Court that, the petitioner had under took to vacate and hand over the possession of the 2 shops to the respondent before this Hon'ble Court on 06-06-2025, as under took by the petitioner the petitioner had handed over the possession of the shops to the respondents, hence the above writ petition becomes in fractus and the same does not survive for consideration, therefore please to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition in the interest of justice and equity."
