The petitioner is common in all these cases. He is a claimant in Arbitration Suits in A.S.Nos.25, 24 and 26 of 2019, respectively, seeks a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the aforesaid arbitration suits, expeditiously.

The petitioner files applications – I.A.Nos.1 and 2 in each of the suits, one under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the CPC seeking temporary injunction and another under Order XIII Rule 10 of the CPC calling for records from the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru. The allegation now in all these cases is, despite passage of 6 years, the arbitration suits have not seen the light of the day and the applications so filed are still pending consideration along with the suits itself. In that light, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the arbitration suits, within a time frame that would be fixed by this Court.

In the light of the proceedings languishing before the
