Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

this petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has been superannuated. The memo filed by the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 reads as under:

"The Petitioner most humbly submits that the Petitioner was prematurely transferred from the Post of DHO, Haveri. Aggrieved by the said premature transfer, the Petitioner approached Hon'ble KAT and Hon'ble KAT upheld the said transfer. Aggrieved by the order of Hon'ble KAT, the Petitioner herein approached this Hon'ble Court vide the present petition. This Hon'ble Court was pleased to reinstate the Petitioner herein to the post of DHO, Haveri vide order dated 17.04.2023. The Petitioner herein served as DHO, Haveri and retired on 31st May 2024. Hence the present Petition does not survive for consideration. Thus the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Petition in the interest of Justice."
