"The Petitioner respectfully submits and seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present writ petition as he is completing his tenure at present place on 10.07.2025. Since he is completing his tenure at present place he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition and make a representation to the authority seeking fresh
