The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the

following reliefs:

(a) issue a writ of certiorari, thereby quashing the impugned auction notices dated 23.01.2025 issued as per ANNEXURE-D: Bearing Number - MANIPAL/10111/SALE NOTICE/2/2024-25 issued by the respondent.

(b) (ii) issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent Bank to provide more time Respondent for repayment of the outstanding sums; and

(c) (iii) grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court would deem fit for grant under the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice and equity
