i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ in the nature of direction to the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to consider the complaint dated 02.09.2024 filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-A and initiate necessary legal action against the Respondent No. 4.

ii. To grant such other relief/s a s this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

iii. To grant costs of the above petition.
