The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following

"a. Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation of

b. Issue a Writ in the name of mandamus directing the Respondents to restore the name of the Petitioner in the RTCs, pertaining to Sy No.202 of Hulugondanahalli Village, Harohalli Hobli, Kanakapura Taluk, Ramanagara District and to cancel the mutation entries recording the name of KIADB in Column No.9 and 12.

c. Pass such other order/s as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case and in the ends of justice and equity."
