The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following

"(a) A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application dated 267-2024 as per Annexure-B and grant renewal of licence.

(b) Such other writ or order as deemed fit under the circumstances of the case including an order for costs."

The prayer of the petitioner is consideration of an application submitted for renewal of gun license.
