This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of

the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the respondent to release salary arrears, incremental arrears, leave salary and all other benefits which this petitioner is legitimately entitled to as per Annexures C and D.”

The petitioner was appointed as a Manager (Technical). By order dated 04.01.2016 vide Annexure-B, the services of the petitioner was terminated and in the said order it is mentioned that the petitioner is eligible for all other consequential benefits as per KCS Act and Rules and Bylaws and Subsidiary Rules of the Federation. Pursuant to that, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 27.01.2016 vide Annexure-C to pay the arrears of salary, increments and other benefits to which he is entitled to under the KCS Act and Rules and Bylaws and

Subsidiary Rules of the Federation as mentioned in the order dated 04.01.2016. Since the said representation is not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

When the matter is called, none appeared for the respondent Sri J.Suryanarayana, F.D.C. of the second respondent was present before the Court. He submitted that, if this Court grants some reasonable time, the representation vide Annexure-C would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to submit an additional representation, enclosing all the documents to the respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such a representation is filed, the respondent is directed to consider the representation vide Annexure-C and additional representation to be submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as
