"The petitioner has filed the above writ petition challenging the Notification issued by the respondent No.2 dated 29.08.2017. Thereafter the petitioner has approached the respondent No.2 and requested to release the compensation amount in his favour. In view of the same, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration and permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity".
