In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

a) Call for records from the respondent in respect of the final seniority list dated 19.12.2022 (Annexure-G).

b) Issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent to include the names of the petitioners in the final seniority list dated 19.12.2022 published by the respondent in the cadre of Bill Collector (Annexure-G) at appropriate place and assign proper ranking to the petitioners, taking note of
