Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or direction thereby appointing a Court - Monitored CCB or CBI Probe into the illegal activities on the part of the respondent Banks, who are directly or indirectly involved in committing irregularities in the matter of approval and Sanctioning of Term Loan to the petitioner, and the complicity of the Third Party Respondents, who have illegal withdrawn the Term loan amount from the petitioner's Personal Bank Account.

Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or Direction, Quashing the Impugned Notice, Dated:06.01.2021, Produced at Annexure-G duly signed by the first respondent, Authorized Officer.
