"The Petitioner challenged the E-Auction Sale Notice dated 18/12/2024, wherein the auction was scheduled on 23/01/2025. The due amount as per the Sale Notice was Rs.40,41,206.06/- as on 30/11/2024. The petition has become infructuous as the sale was not conducted due to a lack of bidders. Therefore, the Petitioner has decided to withdraw the above petition."
