The learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to accept notice for respondent No.1.

The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

"a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari so as to quash the following impugned corrigendum's issued by the 2^nd respondent: 1) Corrigendum of Tender Notification, bearing number Outsourcing/50/202526, dated 14.11.25 at ANNEXURE - B.

2) Corrigendum of Tender Notification, bearing number Outsourcing/51/202526, dated 14.11.25 at ANNEXURE - B1.

Tenders have been floated by respondent No.2.

Corrigendum came to be issued on 14.11.2025 to the said tenders. In terms of the said corrigendum, certain additional documents were required to be furnished by

the tenderers. Challenging the same, the petitioners are before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs.

The submission of Shri Sangamesh R.B., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the corrigendum having been issued on 14.11.2025, all the documents had to be submitted by 21.11.2025. The time period granted being very less, the petitioners are not in a position to obtain the said documents and furnish it within the said time period, even though 21.11.2025 has expired. His further submission is that the petitioners have already applied for the documents and if given a week's time, the said documents would be furnished to the tender issuing authority.

Though the time period for submission of documents has expired on 21.11.2025 and the petition has been filed on 25.11.2025, I am of the considered opinion that it would be in the interest of justice to grant one week's time that has been sought for by the petitioner to submit those documents so that the tender process could be completed at the earliest.

In that view of the matter, the time granted under the corrigendum for furnishing last date of documents being

fixed till 21.11.2025, the same is extended upto 02.12.2025, by which date, the petitioners would be entitled to furnish the additional documents.

In the event of those documents not being furnished by 02.12.2025, respondent No.2 would go ahead with finalization of tender as per the available documents.

Respondents are directed to open the technical bids after 02.12.2025.

¶65

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the above observations.
