Petitioner is before this Court, seeking for the

following reliefs:

a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action against respondent No.6 for his unauthorized absence and misuse of powers.

b.) Issue a writ of certiorari directing the respondent No.2 to take necessary action against the respondent No.6 for misusing the official powers and for causing financial loss to the government which is still pending for consideration in case no. COMPI/UPLOK/BCD/6481/2023 before the Karnataka Upa-lokayuktha since 24.11.2023 at ANNEXURE-H".

Faced with the same, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the above petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by complying with the requirements of the High Court of Karnataka (Public Interest Litigation) Rules, 2018. Reserving such liberty petition stands dismissed.
