The learned AGA accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, directing the 2^nd Respondent to consider the representation given by the Petitioner dated 04.11.2025 vide Annexure-H and direct the 3^rd Respondent to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner to safeguard his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land bearing Sy.No.56/1, measuring 2.00 acres, 0.20 guntas out of 9.00 acres, 0.33 guntas, situated Herohalli Village, Yashavanthapur Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk in accordance with the statusquo order dated 02.11.2023 passed in O.S.No.1885/2023 on the file of the 2^nd Addl.Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru vide Annexure-C, in the interest of justice and equity.

b. Pass any order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

On enquiry as to whether the said Court had directed police protection, the counsel for the petitioner submits that since an application to bring the legal representative on record is filed, the same has not been considered. Hence, by directing the 2^nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru to consider the application for police protection, which has been filed by the petitioner, at the earliest, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty (30) days, the writ petition stands disposed .
