The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs;

a. "Issue writ of Certiorari as against the respondents directing them to restore the electricity and water supply to the schedule property and also restrain the respondents, their men, agents or any person under them from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner in the schedule property.

b. Issue any other writ or order or direction that deems fit to grants in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity."

A perusal of the papers indicates that the dispute is essentially between the landlord and the tenant, and
