THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECTION IN THE NATURE OF MANDAMUS DIRECTING THE FOURTH RESPONDENT TO GRANT HOUSE SITE MEASURING 50 FEET X 40 FEET AND 5 ACRES OF WET LAND TO THE PETITIONER UNDER THE REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT SCHEME.

In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for writ in the nature of mandamus to respondent No.4 directing him to grant a house site measuring 50 ft x 40 ft and 5 acres of wet land to the petitioner under the rehabilitation and resettlement scheme.

Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the grievance of the petitioner will be considered for grant of house site and agricultural
