The prayer in this petition is to direct the 2^nd respondent to consider the representation of the 1^st petitioner dated 23.08.2024 by which the petitioner

is requesting the Authorities for removing the installation of a huge bill board in front of his property, which has been set up by the 3^rd respondent.

In my view, since the 1^st petitioner contends that his property has been affected by the huge billboard, it would be appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 23.08.2024 within a period of two months and pass appropriate orders.
