This writ petition is initiated by the petitioner relating to the order passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.3628/2024 as per Annexure-A .

Learned counsel Sri B.O.Anil Kumar for petitioner is present. Learned counsel Sri G.T Kumar for respondent No.5 appears through video conferencing. Learned AGA Sri B.Ravindranath for respondent Nos.1 to 4 is also present.

Proceedings in Application No.3628/2024 has been initiated by the applicant namely Sri Arun Kumar Chavan who is respondent No. 5 herein under Section 19 of the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 for quashing the transfer order dated 29.7.2024.
