1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs;

a. Direct the respondents to consider the representations dtd 03.07.2024, 31.08.2024 and 05.09.2023 vide Annexure-N, P, Q And Q1.

b. Direct the respondents to re-scrutinize the documents in a fair and transparent manner in accordance to the law and the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999.

c. Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the Annexures - F, G, H and J issued by Respondent No.4 and 5 and further direct the respondents to consider the documents submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the Tender Notification dated 27.02.2024 bearing No.05/2023-24 and in accordance of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement Act.
