The petitioner has approached this Court seeking

a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure-H) and to disburse the compensation amount, in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,

learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and Sri. C.Chennegowda, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Perused the material on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having submitted the representation to respondent No.2, no orders have been passed till date, thereby compelling the petitioner to approach this Court in this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law, within a reasonable period.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the grievance of the petitioner stands substantially redressed, if suitable directions are issued to respondent No.2. Accordingly, this Court pass the following:
