a. Appoint Honble Mr. Justice A.V. Chandrashekara, Judge (Retired), Honble High Court of Karnataka, as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate and decide upon the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent in accordance with clause 21.8 of the lease deed dated 3rd march, 2020 (produced as Annexure-B).

b. Grant such other relief (s) as may be seen fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
