The captioned writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by inaction on the part of respondent No.3 - Tahasildar in not considering the petitioner’s application filed in Form No.57 seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation.

2. The petitioner has placed reliance on the judgment rendered by the Co-ordinate Bench in W.P.No.22270/2023 dated 06.10.2023 in an identical set of facts.

3. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the petitioner’s application will be considered by the Committee and appropriate orders will be passed. She has also brought to the notice of this Court that the Committee is already constituted
