Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dtd 12.07.2024 and conduct further investigation to the 2nd layer recipients and the subsequent layer recipients of the petitioners money and forming part of proceeds of crime in crime no.262/2024 registered by the whitefield CEN police station and pending before the 45th Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate(AnnxA1) and (Annx-A2).

Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction to form a special investigation team by the CCB or any other agency to track and freeze the petitioners money transferred from the first layer recipients into the second layer recipients and the subsequent layer recipients.

d. Issue any other such appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interests of justice and equity.

The grievance of the petitioner was that only first layer was investigated and the second and third layers or further layers of transfer of money has not been investigated.
