The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondentsauthorities to regularise the services of the petitioners from the date of their initial appointments

and to disburse the incidental service benefits on regularising their services.

The petitioners have submitted a representation vide Annexure "R" requesting respondent No.4 to regularise the services of the petitioners.

It is contended that respondent No.4 has not passed any order on the representation submitted by the petitioners vide Annexure "R". Hence this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 submits that if a reasonable time is granted to respondent No.4, respondent No.4 would consider the representation vide Annexure 'R' and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

(I) The Writ Petition is disposed of .

(II) Respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation vide Annexure "R" and while considering the representation, respondent No.4 shall also take into consideration the exposition of law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Jaggo vs. Union of India, reported in 2024 SCC Online SC 3826 and pass necessary order, in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
